A bumper year of awards for Tusker

We are only just four months into 2022, and already it’s been a bumper year of awards for Tusker. It’s always great to have our hard work recognised in a public forum, as well as seeing two of our own team members highlighted by a leading industry body!

Fleet News Awards

Tusker was delighted to be in attendance at the Fleet News Awards in London to see our fleet partnership with EQUANS (formerly Engie) receive a ‘Highly Commended’ trophy for Car Benefits Scheme of the year!

In a fiercely contested category, the EQUANS scheme was commended for its internal marketing campaign, its high uptake among staff, and resulting reduction in emissions across the EQUANS grey fleet.

Sustainability Today – Company of the Year

Tusker has been crowned the Company of the Year by leading green publication, Sustainability Today.

They said, “Following a year of exceptional results in its core business of the provision of environmentally conscious salary sacrifice car benefits schemes, and in recognition of its outstanding commitment to the environment, we are delighted to announce Tusker as our Company of the Year for 2022.

Specialising in the provision of salary sacrifice car schemes for companies of all sizes, Tusker continues to make a positive environmental impact both for the drivers and companies it serves, thanks to its stellar record in carbon reduction since 2010.”

BVLRA Heroes

The British Vehicle Leasing and Rental Association held it’s annual dinner just last week.

It’s great to see that following a bumper crop of nominations from within Tusker, two of the team have been singled out for praise! Ella from our Orders and Deliveries team was the winner of the customer service award for her outstanding role in providing exceptional service to drivers during the pandemic, while Dan Burt from our Customer Services team was also recognised for his role in supporting his colleagues’ mental health.

The awards have only just begun in 2022, so watch this space throughout the year, and let’s hope that we will soon need to extend our trophy cabinet!
