What’s the difference between contract hire and salary sacrifice?

Contract Hire is essentially business leasing between the employer and Tusker, whereby the employer provides the car as a benefit of employment and agrees the payments for the car.

A salary sacrifice arrangement is between the employer and employee. The employee agrees the amount for the car and deductions are made from their salary in exchange for the car.
