Current Lead Time Information

Due to current world affairs, we are seeing an impact currently to the delivery times of our cars on order mainly due to the semiconductor shortage but the saddening situation in the Ukraine is also having an effect on vehicle production. Please see below our updates which we’ll keep updated as and when we receive information from the manufacturers. If we are made aware of any significant delays, we’ll contact any affected drivers separately to inform them of the impact. To keep up to date with the delivery time of your car, please visit the My Car page on our site (under ‘My Account’) which is automatically updated as soon as the dealers provide us with any updated lead times.

 

BMW

BMW have informed us that sports seats are being replaced with standard seats and the removal of iconic sound system for production from November. You will be contacted by the supplying dealer or our team if this affects your order.

BMW Group are experiencing extended shipping times from Mexico, resulting in discrepancies with the Actual Delivery Time displayed on some of our BMW Group vehicles. If you have any concerns, please contact our Customer Service team.

Ford

Due to the ongoing impact of the global semiconductor crisis, Ford are also temporarily closing the S-MAX & Galaxy FHEV order bank so no more orders can be taken until further notice.

Skoda

Skoda are still being impacted by the global shortage of semiconductors and the conflict in Ukraine resulting in longer lead times. This is affecting current cars on order and new orders.

Volkswagen, Cupra, Audi, Kia, Mercedes and Skoda

There may be a potential delivery delay due to a small fault with the coolant system that is highlighted during pre-delivery checks. You will be contacted by the supplying dealer if this affects your order with an updated delivery date.
