Provided by Tusker, My Drive provides you with an inclusive package which covers you for the car, MOT, routine servicing, RAC breakdown cover, replacement tyres, annual road tax and fully comprehensive car insurance. It’s an easy way to drive a better car and the most affordable way to drive electric too!
You can join the MyDrive scheme if:
- Your basic salary (not including commission, bonus, overtime etc) is above the National Minimum Wage and Living Wage after taking into account all salary sacrifice deductions such as your pension, life assurance or cycle to work.
- You are not in receipt of any warnings under Taylor Wimpey’s disciplinary policy and are not on a formal capability review
- You have completed your probation period
- You are at least 18 years old with a full UK driving licence
- You do not exceed the maximum number of driving offences permitted under the scheme
Please note that figures you will see on the portal are shown in monthly amounts. So to find out the weekly impact to your pay, please look at the individual monthly Gross and Net amounts, multiply the figure by 12 to get the annual amount and then divide by 52 to see the weekly amount. (The Net Cost is the actual amount your weekly pay will reduce by, so is the true cost to you after all Tax and NI savings have been made and Benefit in Kind has been applied).
