T&C’s – Home Chargepoint Offer

1.  As part of the Tuskerdirect Limited (“Tusker”) car benefit scheme, you may be eligible for installation of a standard home chargepoint. The installation will be carried out by Tusker’s preferred partner.
2. This offer is only open to eligible employees who have ordered an electric or plug-in hybrid car through the Tusker car benefit scheme. Please check your scheme details to check eligibility.
3. To qualify, you must meet the criteria of Tusker’s preferred partner for a standard installation, including a suitable location. The preferred partner will require you to accept their own terms and conditions in relation to the installation.
4. If the installation is not standard, and any further work is required to complete the installation, this may incur an additional charge, which you will have to pay.
5. Tusker accepts no responsibility for installations not successfully completed for any reason including, without limitation, due to a technical fault of any kind.
6. Tusker will pass your details to our preferred partner and send you a form to complete. The preferred partner will contact you to arrange installation of the electric charge point close to the date of delivery of your car. Tusker will not pass on your details to any other third party without your prior consent.
7. The offer includes a selected free untethered chargepoint that is suitable for the car you have ordered. You may also select a tethered chargepoint, however this will incur a £75 upgrade charge.
8. You will be responsible for maintaining the chargepoint following installation.
9. Tusker reserve the right to vary or amend these Terms and Conditions or to withdraw the offer at any time.
10. By participating in the offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
11. The laws of England apply and any disputes will be dealt with in the English courts only.
12. If your order is cancelled after installation takes place, you will be charged for the cost of the charge point and installation.
    Tusker’s decision is final and we reserve the right not to correspond on any matter.
