Alternatively, you can give the Tusker team a call and they’ll do the booking for you over the phone.
Tyres wear down over time, and although rare, sadly punctures do happen. If your Tusker car needs new tyres, then fear not, tyres are included as part of your package and so if they’re needed, they will be free of charge to you. Tusker is partnered with KwikFit, which means that not only will there be a supplier within easy reach of you, but you can also book an appointment through the Tusker website, or over the phone with Kwik Fit. Just tell them that you drive a Tusker car, and they will invoice Tusker directly.
Tusker’s accident management service means that we’ll take care of all the paperwork for you and liaise with the other people involved, where that’s needed. We’ll also work with a local garage to get your car fixed as soon as possible. Simply call the driver line and speak to one of the team who will be able to help you.
If your car is off the road because of a no-fault accident, then Tusker can provide you with a relief vehicle to keep you mobile. Our customer team will arrange this for you. While we make every effort to keep you on the road, your temporary Tusker relief vehicle may not be an exact like for like replacement but we’ll do whatever we can to keep you mobile and to get your car fixed as soon as is possible.
