How do I order my car with Tusker?

So, you have found out that you can order a car through your employer and Tusker’s salary sacrifice car benefit scheme. You want to enjoy a brand-new, inclusive car, for a fixed monthly amount. How do you get the car you want, and get motoring? Here is a short, handy guide to getting behind the wheel of your ideal new car.

It couldn’t be simpler.

Log in to the Tusker platform – you can do this either by visiting your benefits platform and clicking on the Tusker button, or via the website with the details provided by your employer.

Then you have two choices:

1. Click on browse cars if you’d like to order one to your own specification. With these cars, you can build your own car from scratch once you’ve made your choice of make and model, customising the vehicle to your liking by choosing the colour, additional features, and other additional features.
2. Or, you can click “Stock cars / coming soon” if you’d like a new car quickly – these are cars which are on their way to us or are in stock with a UK dealership and are already built, so they cant be customised in terms of specification or colour.

Tusker lists the cars’ different features and, if it’s an EV, battery capacity, charging rates and range, so you can compare models and filter options, so you can find the right car for you.

Once you’ve chosen your car, you simply submit your order through the platform. Tusker will then manage the rest, including delivery and paperwork, so all you have t do is sit back, relax and get ready for the arrival of your new car.
