Formentor 

The Formentor was the first model developed exclusively for Cupra. Named after the dramatic Formentor peninsula in Mallorca, it reflects the brand’s Mediterranean energy and performance mindset. It was also one of the first to introduce plug-in hybrid power to the range.

The Formentor e-Hybrid lets you drive electric day to day, with petrol power ready when you need it. Charge at home, at work or on the go using public charging points.

With over 30 miles of electric range (model dependent), many commutes and short trips can be completed using electric power alone. Plug in regularly and you could cover much of your weekly driving without using fuel. On longer motorway journeys, the petrol engine seamlessly takes over.

Born

First all-electric car born into the Cupra family, and the first built on the VW Group’s dedicated electric platform. Named after the vibrant, creative and always moving El Born district of Barcelona, this EV was designed with the energy of El Born running through it. It’s bold, expressive and impossible to ignore; making an imprint in the EV space.

Urban edge meets zero-emission driving.

The Born offers up to around 369 miles of range (WLTP) with instant electric torque that delivers smooth, responsive acceleration, whether you’re in the city or on the motorway.

Rapid DC charging can take the battery from 10–80% in just 30 minutes (model dependent). A heat pump on selected versions helps maintain efficiency in colder weather.

Tavascan. Named after the mountains. Built to move them.

The Tavascan is Cupra’s first all-electric SUV coupe. Playing a key part in expanding their electric line-up, this car gives you the freedom to take electric well beyond city limits.

Inspired by the small village in the Pyrenees mountains, known for dramatic landscapes, winding roads and a sense of escape. It marks the next chapter in Cupra’s electric evolution.

Electric performance, elevated.

With up to 353 miles of WLTP range, up to 340hp and 0–62mph in around 5.9 seconds (model dependent), the Tavascan delivers strong performance from a pure-electric drivetrain. Choose rear-wheel drive or dual-motor all-wheel drive.

Rapid DC charging can boost the battery from 10–80% in as little as 28 minutes.

Striking exterior. Made for sweeping bends and open horizons.
Signature lighting, an illuminated Cupra logo and a sweeping coupe silhouette gives it real road presence, emphasising Cupra’s unique DNA.

Tavascan has no limit on where you want to go, with up to 1,550 litres of boot space, it’s ready for longer journeys as well as everyday life.

Terramar

Last but not least, we’ve got the Terramar; taking its name from the historic Autòdrom de Sitges-Terramar racetrack near Barcelona — one of the oldest circuits in the world. It’s a nod to Cupra’s performance heritage, reimagined for a more electric future.

Plug-in hybrid power with strong electric range.

The Terramar e-Hybrid delivers over 70 miles of electric-only driving (WLTP), placing it in the 7% Benefit-in-Kind bracket. That means many daily journeys can be completed using electric power alone.

For longer trips, the petrol engine works with the electric motor for added flexibility and performance. With up to 272PS and 0–62mph in around 5.9 seconds, it balances efficiency with power.

Charge overnight at home, at work if available, or use public chargers. Rapid DC charging can take the battery from 10–80% in around 26–30 minutes.
