T&C’s – November and December ULEV campaign 2019

1. This promotion is provided by Tuskerdirect Ltd (“Tusker”). Registered in England & Wales number: 03864648. Registered offices: Building 4 Hatters Lane, Croxley Green Business Park, Watford, Hertfordshire WD18 8YF. Tusker is an Appointed Representative of Howden UK Group Ltd (FRN 309639) for insurance mediation activities and Product Partnerships Limited (FRN 626349) for consumer credit activities, which companies are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
   2.    This promotion is only open to UK residents aged between 17 and 65 years old, and is open to all of Tusker’s customer base (excluding Contract Hire drivers).
   3.    The promotion starts on the 1^st November 2019 and runs through till midnight on 31st December 2019 (the “promotion period”).
   4.    To qualify: search for available Electric and Hybrid cars in the Tusker car showroom and place an order subject to approval for an Electric or Plug-In Hybrid car during the promotion period, and you will automatically qualify for a free electric charge point to be installed at your home or other UK address.  No exceptions will be made for any orders placed at any other time.
   5.    Tusker accepts no responsibility for orders not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind nor for any orders which are not completed for any reason.
   6.    Customers who had a vehicle on order prior to the promotion period, cancel their order and reorder during the promotion period will not be eligible for this promotion.
   7.    For the purpose of this promotion the ‘order date’ used to determine whether or not a customer qualifies for this promotion will be the date the customer clicks the ’place order’ button on their driver homepage and.
   8.    Tusker reserve the right to withdraw, alter or decline this promotion without prior notice.
   9.    Tusker will pass your details to ChargedEV, who will contact you to arrange installation of the electric charge pointclose to delivery of your car.
   10.    Other than to ChargedEV, Tusker will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.
   11.    The offer only includes standard installation of an electric charge point.  Any additional costs for installation will be your liability.
   12.    The promotion includes a free Untethered Connector that is suitable for the car you have ordered (details can be found on the ChargedEV website). You can also select a tethered chargepoint, however this will incur a £50 upgrade charge.
   13.    Tusker reserve the right to vary or amend these Terms and Conditions or to withdraw the promotion at any time.
   14.    By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
   15.    The laws of England apply and any disputes will be dealt with in the English courts only.
   16.    If your order is cancelled after installation takes place, you may be charged for the cost of the charge point and installation.Tusker’s decision is final and we reserve the right not to correspond on any matter.
