2. This promotion is only open to UK residents aged between 18 and 65 years old, and is open to all of Tusker’s customer base. No Tusker employee or relative of a Tusker employee is eligible to enter this prize draw.3. This promotion is not run, sponsored or endorsed by anyone.
4. This promotion will commence on Tuesday 1st January, 2019 and close at midnight on Thursday 28th February, 2019 (the “promotion period”).
5. To enter: place an order on the Tusker website during the promotion period and you will automatically be entered into the prize draw. No exceptions will be made for any orders placed at any other time.
6. Those entered into the prize draw will have the opportunity to win 1 of 10 sets of Premium Annual Passes as vouchers for redeeming. 1 set will include vouchers for up to 4 people.
There will only be one entry per person.
8. Tusker accepts no responsibility for orders not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind nor for any orders which are not completed for any reason.
9. The winners will be selected in a random audited draw within 10 working days of the end of the promotion period.
The prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for their relevant value.
11. No alternative to the stated prizes will be available.
12. Customers who had a vehicle on order prior to the promotion period, who cancel their order and reorder during the promotion period will not be eligible for this promotion.
Any orders cancelled after they have initially requested the car, will not be entered into the prize draw.
14. For the purpose of this promotion the ‘order date’ used to determine whether or not a customer qualifies for this promotion will be the date the customer ‘requests their car’ on their driver homepage.
15. The winners may be required to participate in related publicity without payment or permission. Tusker may publish first name, surname initial, age and/or town/city.
16. Tusker have the right to amend, cancel, modify, supersede the prizes (or any of them) if, in our sole discretion, a prize is not capable of being issued or acceptable to be awarded as specified for whatever reason(s).
17. Tusker reserve the right to withdraw, alter or decline this promotion without prior notice.
18. Tusker will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.
